Ballad singer “NOEL” reveals full MV to ‘Things that I couldn’t say’
NOEL could release a MV that was nothing but a black screen and he’d still have people sobbing. The fact that he actually has heavily story driven MVs, ones with a lot of time and effort put into them- I can’t. If I had to pick a favorite ballad singer it would be NOEL. He’d be the first name to come to mind and with just cause. I’m glad he’s doing well and ranking high on the charts, he seriously deserves it.
