This is MFBTY’s “Bang Diggy Bang Bang” and I’m all in
This is hands down the best release of the week, simply because it features scenes that represent some of those down home, block chilling moments that were so fundamental in Black culture years ago (and in some ways still are today). It’s honestly the kind of vibe that only a team like MFBTY could pull off, because they have the cultural experience to actually speak on and portray it accurately and creatively in their music. Bang Diggy Bang Bang is filled with a spirit of African American/Korean unity, especially in its visuals, and it’s honestly great to see. Both cultures tastefully collide to create something fresh, fun and nostalgic, and I give rounds of applause for a job well done!
