A night to remember. Birdstriking are one of a kind
Monday night was the highly anticipated New York date of Birdstriking‘s first North American tour. Opened by two awesome bands the Beijing rockers finally took the stage and hit the diverse Baby’s All Right crowd with sonic waves of fury, vibrancy and power. Birdstriking is a fitting name for a band possessing so much spirit- their entire set was like an attack at multiple angles, willing the body to submit to its assault. I recorded Birdstriking performing Monkey Snake from their self-titled album for you all to see, find that below, but I only have footage of this one song. I’m a huge believer in putting the phone/camera DOWN while at a show. I wanted to share the night with all that couldn’t make it so I had to get something, but out of respect for the band and their music I kept recording to a minimum. Technology is a great tool, but we can’t let it disconnect us! Birdstriking will be on tour until July 3rd, so check below to see if they’re hitting a city near you.
