Very interesting coverage from i-D
Thought this feature on Korean pop culture was very insightful, particularly the part about tattoos as the ridiculousness of Korean beauty standards is well known and nothing knew. Given the amount of people in Korea that have tattoos (even if they are the minority) I had no idea that the art form was illegal. Grace Neutral seems like a sweetheart and has some of the coolest ink and body mods. Really disappointing how Koreans were gawking, literally gawking, at her as she walked down the street. No class, no couth, no respect. Deplorable. Check out the two part documentary below.
