What an incredible tribute!
I’m usually very iffy about listening to fan covers, especially when they’re of artists that I adore like Utada Hikaru. Combine these worries with Hikki’s Fantôme album being a very special one and yeah, I was definitely looking at the thumbnail of this cover video with major side eye. BUT, my worries were put to rest the minute it began because Uh. did such a fantastic job. She stayed true to the original while adding a tiny bit of her own flare and it’s just great! I really hope you guys enjoy it as much as I did!
