Very interesting song. It grows on you
I’d say this is Lovelyz‘s quirkiest title track to date because it’s odd sounding during your first few listens, but then slowly starts to make sense after a few more and become something okay sounding. WoW! is a far cry from their best song though, and it’s not my favorite Lovelyz release at all, but as a proud fan I’m here to support.
Now with all that being said, this is yet another record with painfully obvious uneven vocal distribution. BabySoul is the leader yet gets so little vocal parts, and I can’t remember the last time I’ve seen that happen in an idol group. On the bright side it’s great to see Kei again, and Jisoo looks so glamorous with black hair. I love how Woollim always pairs the two together!
