Perfume are the new spokesmodels for UNIQLO‘s HEATTECH winter collection, and it will give you so much life you won’t even know what to do with yourself. It features what I believe is a new Perfume song in which Nakata-San went IN on the production- in my opinion it’s the best EDM track he’s produced for the girls thus far. Not only are the special effects throughout the video cool as shit (the scene where Perfume’s heads are trapped in the ice cubes is ENTIRELY digitally created btw, it’s not just pictures of Perfume with an ice cube superimposed on their bodies) but the choreography is A++, particularly that bit at :20 seconds- MY GIRLS WERE GOING IN!!!!!!!!!!!
Ugh… I can never get enough of Perfume. This past weekend a friend of mine was saying that perhaps Perfume’s change from more Jpop to EDM is due to the girl’s getting older, and that makes sense. Still… Perfume ALWAYS has to have that idol vibe. It’s a must!!!!!
